Forbes.com ranked Lexington the ninth
best place for business and careers among
the 200 largest metro areas in the U.S.
Cities were judged based on a number of
criteria including business and living
costs, past and projected jobs growth,
income growth and educational attainment.
Other metrics included quality of life
issues such as crime, cultural and
recreational opportunities, net migration
patterns and even the number of sub-prime
mortgages issued within a three year span.
